JP Exhausts offer a complete classic and vintage car exhaust manufacturing service. We have an existing product range to cover many popular classic models along with a bespoke classic exhaust and manifold fabrication service.
Hand built in the heart of Cheshire; all JP Exhausts are crafted to the highest levels of quality. With over 45 years of knowledge, experience and manufacturing expertise, we offer a full range of exhaust services for classic and vintage car owners. We can work from any existing classic car exhaust to directly re-create this in a full stainless or mild steel setup. We have the capability to manufacture parts to perfectly match the existing parts allowing you get the full benefit of an upgrade to a stainless steel classic car exhaust setup.
With over four decades of knowledge and experience developing classic exhausts we aim to fulfil all the aspirations of our clients classic exhaust requirements. We have an extensive classic car exhaust pattern list, all available delivery directly to your door. If your particular vehicle is not within our existing collection, we offer a full custom build service at our premises in Congleton, Cheshire. After an initial viewing can put together a comprehensive quotation.
All of our classic exhausts come with a lifetime guarantee (terms apply) for as long as the vehicle is in your ownership giving you the confidence to invest in the best exhaust system for your pride and joy.
We welcome bulk orders from trade and work closely with a number of classic owners club offering a unique service to their member, please contact us for further details.

Service Levels
Our range of classic exhausts and manifolds span across most makes and models of vehicle. Each customer starts with a consultation with our experienced development team.
If we do not already have a sports system for your vehicle on our extensive parts list, we prefer to view the vehicle at our premises in Congleton (Cheshire) to go through your requirements. However, if the initial traveling is an issue we can give rough quotations by viewing clear and descriptive pictures over email. We offer a full on site fitment service in Congleton and also offer a full delivery service for stocked parts.
For fitment and bespoke projects, we have various options for our clients to ensure the vehicle can be delivered to our factory once everything is agreed to undertake the classic exhaust project -
Standard Service
The vehicle is driven to our factory in person by the client, this is the more popular option that incurs no extra costs.
Silver Service
We offer a vehicle collection service where one of our experienced team can collect the vehicle in person from your premises, driving the vehicle back to our factory to under take the work. Returning it back to you upon completion.
Note - Our drivers are fully insured.
Gold Service
For clients who want an assured piece of mind that no mileage or potential mishaps can be encountered during the experience, we offer a vehicle collection service using a fully enclosed trailer. Again, one of our experienced team will collect the vehicle in person from your premises, loading the vehicle onto the trailer, then returning it to you upon completion in the same manner.
Note - Our driver and trailer is fully insured.
