Silencers
JP Exhausts silencers are all handmade at our Macclesfield production facility. We make many types of silencers in any sizes to suit any application, from standard OE replacement to re-packable silencers for race/track day cars, to 4ft diameter silencers for the North Sea oil industry.
     
Tube Bending

JP Exhausts have three modern mandrel bending machines allowing for a fast turnaround time. We can supply bends to various angles in a range of different sizes and radius in 304 Stainless Steel or Mild Steel. We also have 4 press benders giving us great versatility.

All tube wall thickness is 1.5mm unless stated otherwise

Bends can be between 5 - 180 degrees

(CLR is the centre line radius of the bend)

Catalytic Converters
JP Exhausts can supply metal substrate cats (no cheap ceramic units). We have two distinct ranges:
A high quality vacuum brazed metallic core substrate ideal for high performance applications. These are available in 100 / 200 cells per square inch (CPSI). 100 CPSI gives the best gas flow, but for cars with the latest OBD2 on board diagnostics a 200 CPSI cat is required. These catalysts need to be matched to horsepower, with a maximum single cat set up of 375bhp on turbo cars, although twin set-ups can go up to 750bhp.
A budget range of metal cored shelled cats which are available in 200 CPSI or 400 CPSI and are aimed more at road going cars with below 200bhp.
There are various shapes and sizes in both ranges to cover most applications
